The order provided for by this text to regulate the composition and functioning of this commission is Order No. 1502\/MEF\/DC\/SGM\/DGID\/DLC\/SLD OF 10 June 2014.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;How do I go to the tax commission?&#8221;][vc_column_text]The commission must be seized within five (05) days following the date of receipt by the taxpayer of the confirmation of the flat rate or adjustment.<br \/>\nAny letter of referral submitted after this deadline is inadmissible.<br \/>\nThe commission is seized by simple letter addressed to the chairman of the commission by one of the parties in disagreement, that is to say both by the Administration and by the taxpayer.
