This Thursday, April 21, 2022, was held at Stella Maris Benin Hotel Akpakpa JAK district, a workshop – debate on the theme: “COMPANY DATA SECURITY: LEGAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES” led by videoconference by Maître Arnaud TESSALONIKOS of the AFPRN.
Data security nowadays concerns all companies, all institutions and organizations, regardless of their sector of activity, their missions and geographical location.
It now seems inevitable to prevent cybercrime threats. But beyond prevention, you have to repair damage when it occurs despite the measures taken, counter-attack by prosecuting cybercriminals and above all, constantly improve your data security system.
All these actions must follow a well-established and seriously structured protocol in order to avoid the cessation of activity or even the disappearance of the company or organization, if the damage and losses suffered are enormous and irreversible.
This workshop-debate is followed by the signing of the partnership agreement between the *Council of Private Investors in Benin (CIPB)* and the *Francophone Agency for Artificial Intelligence (AFRIA)* for a technical contribution to the *Group of Digital Work (GTN)* of the Private Sector.
