Can be a member of the Association any legal person having invested significantly in the Republic of Benin, which formulates the request and undertakes to comply with the provisions of these statutes and the rules of procedure.
Applications for admission must be made in writing to the Executive Board, which ensures that candidates meet the criteria defined to be members of the Association. The applications finally selected are then sent to the members who have two weeks to exercise their right of veto.
The veto of a single member of the Association entails the rejection of the candidacy and, therefore, of the admission of the candidate as a Member of the Association.
In any case, the membership of a member is decided after agreement of all the members of the Association.
- Membership fee: 500,000 FCFA non-refundable;
- Annual contribution: 960,000 FCFA.
