A graduate of the Conservatoire National “Arts et Metiers” in Paris in IT and multimedia networks, Léopold ADJAKPA has more than 30 years of experience in the management of information systems and the deployment of mobile networks in Europe, the United States and Africa.
He ran a mobile network operator in Benin in 2002 and was a member of the Board of the Electronic Communications and Postal Regulatory Authority (ARCEP) from 2017 to 2021.
He has in-depth experience of the business world and its socio-economic environment. An asset for coordinating the various projects at the CIPB.
Responsible for project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and mobilization of financial resources.
