Signature this Wednesday, May 11, 2013 of the memorandum of understanding between the CIPB represented by Mr. Roland RIBOUX and Mr. Dodji A. Hippolyte AMOUZOUVI, University Professor in Sociology, for the realization of a study on the motivation and the commitment of the personnel at the within private companies and in the administration in Benin.
The general objective of the mission is to carry out a detailed analysis of the contexts (cultural, social, historical, psychological, anthropological, sociological, political, economic, etc.) which make it possible to explain the sources of behavior and to propose levers for reduction of the phenomenon of weak motivation and commitment in the performance of economic organizations and public administration.
