Circle of reflections, exchanges, analyses and proposals, the Council of Private Investors in Benin is a recognized counterpart of the national decision-making bodies on the economic, fiscal and social orientations of the country.
The Council of Private Investors in Benin (CIPB) is an association founded in December 2002 by a group of entrepreneurs who have significantly invested in Benin, all aware of the need to become more involved in the future of the country where they are installed.
It now brings together some fifty large companies, which have decided to combine their experiences, skills and economic weight to influence the environment in which they operate in a concerted way.
Devoid of any political ambition, it defends a long-term vision of wealth-creating business, an essential vector of growth, jobs creation and poverty reduction.
The member companies of the Association are all driven by the desire to propose solutions to the issues that repeatedly arise in the Private Sector and thus see the gradual removal of the obstacles to investment and to development which weaken their own structure and the whole country.
The CIPB thus contributes to the establishment of a space conducive to investment, employment and creation of wealth.
.
The objectives of the CIPB are closely related to the activity and concerns of the members, as well as the business environment in Benin:
The CIPB brings to the State the vision of the Private Sector to promote a space to investment and employment.
