Theme: “The collection of bank debts and the realization of real estate securities”
The second edition of the seminar on commercial justice was held from November 18 to 20, 2020 at GANNA Hotel (Grand Popo). The main objective of this activity, organized in partnership with the Commercial Court of Cotonou (TCC), was to better understand the reforms in force and the judicial decision process in terms of determining the debt and ordering payment.
A series of five papers were presented followed by discussions and at the end of the three (03) days of work of the seminar, recommendations were formulated for different actors.
The activity was attended by the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, Mr. Sévérin QUENUM, his Director of Cabinet, the President of the TCC and his collaborators, Representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Members of the CIPB, Professional Associations of the Private Sector, Technical and Financial Partners.
This second edition took place thanks to the financial support of CIPB members; other Private Sector companies not members of the CIPB in 2020; APBEF (Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions) and Technical and Financial Partners.
