In the year two thousand and twenty-one, on Monday, January 25, it was held in the Blue room of the Documentation and Legal Information Center (CDIJ) of the Court of Appeal of Cotonou, the solemn ceremony of the Private Sector Working Groups, coordinated by the Council of Private Investors in Benin.
This return to school brought together the General Directorate of Taxes, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Benin (CCIB), the National Council of Employers of Benin (CNP-Benin), members of the Taxation and Justice Working Groups, lawyers , bailiffs, the Judicial Professions Training School, inter-professional organisations, etc.
It was also an opportunity to pay a deserved tribute to our dear late Maître Brice TOHOUNGBA, who died on November 27, 2020. He was a tax lawyer with exceptional qualities, representing the Order of the Bar in the Tax Working Group. Very active and well known to business leaders and administrative authorities, he was often chosen to present tax proposals.
